I firstly just want to apologise you are even having to read this post. It's not something either of us want to happen but sometimes things do go wrong.

The returns and refund policy is set out to be as fair as possible. Below is the process. However if you do find yourself in this position to believe a return or refund is required please just message me via email, Facebook, Instagram or even tiktok and I will help :)

Our Policy lasts 30 days. No refund or exchange can be offered after 30 days. This is the same for any store bought item. 

To organise a return for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Also be in the original packaging. Proof of postage will be require (receipt from the post office) 

Once item is received I will contact you to advise the item has returned. A refund will be sent once the item is inspected , the refund will be sent to the original method of payment. 

Shipping - To return your product, email or contact me on social media for the returns address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping back a large order you may want to consider tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
